Riza’s raw and unfiltered honey is derived from honeydew. Our forest honey has a particularly low sugar content (30% less than the average honey), meaning it will never crystallise.
What to expect
Thick and creamy consistency. On the palate there are hints of orange blossom and other citrus fruits, with subtle notes of caramel.
